Within 6 months of graduating from the University of Missouri (Alpha Psi chapter), I joined an alumnae chapter and have done so for maybe all of 6 years since. I have served multiple collegiate advisor, EC and PC positions in an alumnae chapter over the years. For four years, I held the National Officer position of District President III-B for the state of Virginia. Within the last 6 years, Zeta Tau Alpha has awarded me both the Honor Ring and Certificate of Merit for services rendered. I am deeply humbled for these honors. My background is in Radio-TV and Film production, and I worked in Medical Media for 17years with a local non-profit health system. I have a hubby of 30+ years, George, and an adult Zeta daughter, Tori, who was a charter member for the Lambda Eta chapter at VCU. I love reading, playing board/card/dice games, camping, wine and Old-Fashioned cocktails. Looking SOOO forward to a break from the "Covid closet", and meeting new sisters in person.

Hi! I look forward to continuing my role as lead of the Western Fairfax ZTA Crown Connection Book Club! I was initiated at Iota Nu chapter (Susquehanna University) in 1996 and have been a member of the Western Fairfax, VA Alumnae chapter of ZTA since 2000. In the past, I've enjoyed participating in other various roles with Western Fairfax ZTA including as chapter president, vice-president II (membership), historian-reporter, social chair, service chair, Zeta Day chair, and webmaster. I previously served as a scholastic acheivement advisor for Theta Chi chapter (George Mason University) for several years, and I served at the national level as District President III-Beta (Virginia) for four years. I'm honored to have received my Certificate of Merit award and my Honor Ring for service to the Fraternity. In my personal life, I am a government contractor working on contracts for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. I enjoy supporting my awesome husband and children in their interests. Additionally, I'm a foodie that enjoys reading, gardening, and watching British murder mysteries!
